By accessing and using Linkyfy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Linkyfy provides a cold email outreach platform that includes email campaign management, automated follow-ups, inbox management, domain warming, spam monitoring, and analytics tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Linkyfy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
  • Use the service to send malicious content, phishing emails, or malware
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Harvest or collect email addresses without consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the platform resources

5. Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your email campaigns comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, and other anti-spam regulations. All emails must include a valid unsubscribe mechanism and your physical mailing address.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your campaign content, contact lists, or email templates.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive sending practices, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Linkyfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
